摘　　要：目的分析和比较cook宫颈扩张球囊加米索前列醇与利凡诺用于中期妊娠引产的临床效果。方法选择本科室2020年10月到2021年10月一年内进行引产的56例中期妊娠孕妇,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组28例。其中研究组给予利凡诺进行引产,对照组给予cook宫颈扩张球囊和米索前列醇进行引产。对比两组宫颈Bishop评分、引产效果(宫缩发动时间、产程)、引产失败率、并发症发生率。结果两组采用了不同的引产方式之后,研究组宫颈Bishop评分、引产效果(宫缩发动时间、产程)明显优于对照组,且研究组的引产失败率、并发症发生率明显低于对照组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用利凡诺用于中期妊娠引产具有更好的临床效果,能够明显提高宫颈Bishop评分、引产效果,并且降低引产失败率、并发症的发生率。Objective To analyze and compare the clinical effects of cook cervical dilation balloon and misoprostol and Rivanol in the induction of labor in second trimester pregnancy.Methods A of total 56 pregnant women with second trimester pregnancy who underwent induction of labor in our department from October 2020 to October 2021 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 28 pregnant women in each group.The observation group was given rivanol for induction of labor,and the control group was given cook cervical dilation balloon+misoprostol for induction of labor.The cervical Bishop score,the effect of induced labor(onset time of uterine contraction,labor process),the failure rate of induced labor and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results After the two groups adopted different methods of labor induction,the cervical Bishop score and the effect of labor induction(onset time of uterine contraction and labor process)in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the failure rate and complication rate of labor induction in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Rivanol has better clinical effect in the induction of labor in the second trimester of pregnancy.It can significantly improve the cervical Bishop score and the effect of induction of labor,and reduce the failure rate of induction of labor and the incidence of complications.It has popularization value and significance.
