产后综合康复护理理念促进剖宫产产后康复、减少并发症及提高满意度的体会

摘　　要：目的探讨对剖宫产产妇实施产后综合康复护理理念对促进康复与减少并发症及提高护理满意度的作用。方法本次纳入对象为本院产科2020年7月~2021年12月收治的160例剖宫产分娩产妇,数字随机法均分成两组各80例,其中对照组实施常规产后护理,观察组实施产后综合康复护理理念,比较两组产后康复情况、并发症发生率及护理满意度。结果观察组肛门排气时间、初次进食时间、离床活动时间、乳汁分泌时间、产后24 hVAS评分与48 h宫底高度均明显优于对照组;观察组并发症发生率为3.75%,护理满意度为98.75%,均明显优于对照组17.50%与77.50%,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论产后综合康复护理理念可有效促进剖宫产产后康复,将并发症发生风险降低,并提高护理满意度,还可加快产后泌乳,值得推广。Objective To investigate the effect of implementing postnatal comprehensive rehabilitation care for cesarean section women on promoting rehabilitation and reducing complications and improving nursing satisfaction.Methods The subjects of this study were 160 cesarean delivery parturients admitted to the Department of Obstetrics of our hospital from July 2020 to December 2021,and all cases were divided into two groups with 80 cases each,in which the control group implemented routine postnatal care and the observation group implemented comprehensive postnatal rehabilitation care to compare the postnatal rehabilitation situation,complication rates,and nursing satisfaction between the two groups.Results The time of flatus,time of initial feeding,time of ambulation,milk secretion,and 24-h postpartum VAS scores compared with the 48-h fundus height in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group;The complication rate of 3.75%and nursing satisfaction rate of 98.75%in the observation group were all significantly better than that of the control group by 17.50%vs 77.50%,respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive postnatal rehabilitation care can effectively promote the postnatal rehabilitation of cesarean section,reduce the risk of complications,and improve nursing satisfaction,it can also accelerate postpartum lactation,which is worth promoting.
