三拗汤合止嗽散加减干预对2型糖尿病合并社区获得性肺炎患者的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨三拗汤合止嗽散加减干预对2型糖尿病(T2DM)合并社区获得性肺炎(CAP)患者的临床疗效。方法选取2016年6月至2020年9月广州中医药大学附属第四临床医学院呼吸内科病房收治的T2DM合并CAP患者100例(85例顺利完成临床研究,随机分为对照组45例与观察组40例)。对照组患者给予肺炎常规治疗(抗感染、退热、化痰、控制血糖等),观察组在对照组基础上给予三拗汤合止嗽散,两组患者连续治疗10 d。观察治疗前后两组患者体温变化、临床症状体征评分变化、临床疗效(治疗后中医证候、胸部CT影像学变化)、血清炎症因子变化。结果治疗后观察组解热时间短于对照组(P<0.05),观察组临床症状体征评分低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05),两组患者外周血炎症因子低于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论三拗汤合止嗽散治疗T2DM合并CAP患者临床疗效显著,且安全可靠。Objective To explove the effect of Sanao decoction and Zhisou powder on inflammatory factors in peripheral blood of type 2 diabetes(T2DM) patients with community-acquired pneumonia(CAP), record the change of Clinical Curative Effect, and Compare The clinical curative effect. Methods From June 2016 to September 2020, 100 patients with T2DM complicated with CAP were collected in our hospital. The patients were divided into control group and observation group, each group had 50 patients.The observation group was given Sanao decoction and Zhisou powder on the basis of the control group, and the two groups were given continuous treatment for 10 days. The changes of body temperature, clinical symptom score, clinical effect(chest CT imaging before and after treatment) and serum inflammatory factors were observed. Results The antipyretic time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05), the clinical symptom score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05), and the Clinical Curative Effect of the Observation Group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05), after treatment, the levels of serum inflammatory factors in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Sanao decoction and Zhisou powder for T2DM with CAP has a good clinical efficacy, and safe and reliable.
