摘  要:附子为毛茛科乌头的子根加工品,其药用历史悠久,药效显著。但因生用剧毒,通过炮制降低毒性能够广泛用于临床,附子的炮制方法不同,对其结构特性和药理作用的影响也不尽相同。为进一步研究不同炮制方法对附子药效、毒性及临床应用的影响,本文通过查阅近年来关于附子炮制的研究文献,从古今附子炮制工艺、减毒原理等方面进行综合评述,讨论炮制前后化学成分、药理学和毒理学作用的变化,为不同附子及其炮制品更好地应用于临床奠定基础。Aconite was the processed product of the seed root of Aconitum carmichaelii Debx.in the family Ranunculus,with a long history of medicinal use and remarkable medicinal effects.However,due to its high toxicity for raw use,Aconite could only be reduced toxicity by processing and could be widely used in clinical practice.Different processing methods of Aconite had different effects on its structural properties and pharmacological effects.In order to further study the effects of different processing methods on the efficacy,toxicity and clinical application of Aconite,the research literatures on Aconite processing in recent years were reviewed in this paper,a comprehensive review from ancient and modern Aconite processing technology,detoxification principles was made,the chemical components before and after processing,pharmacological and toxicological changes were discussed,the foundation for the better clinical application of different Aconite and its processed products was laid.
