摘  要:辐射测温的准确度依赖于发射率的准确测量,当前发射率的标定精度在3%以上,无法满足工程试验中对温度准确测量的需求,采用多光谱点温仪进行测温,可降低发射率对测温准确度的影响。通过筛选合适波长、研究传感器灵敏度随温度的变化规律,并修正辐射环境中漫射杂光产生的影响,实现准确测温的目的。经实验验证与热电偶测量结果基本吻合。The accuracy of radiation temperature measurement depends on the accurate measurement of emissivity.The current calibration accuracy of emissivity is more than 3%,which can't meet the requirements for accurate temperature measurement in engineering tests.Therefore.a multi-spectral point thermometer is used for temperature measurement to reduce emission.The rate of influence on the accuracy of temperature measurement.Establishing the current measuring device,by screening a suitable wavelength.the sensitivity study variation with temperature,and correcting the radiation environment diffuse light generated drop impact,accurate measurement temperature purposes.And the experimental verification is basically consistentwith the thermocouple measurement results.
