摘　　要：At the end of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century,the United States took advantage of the huge potential released by the Industrial Revolution and jumped to the forefront of the world in the economic sphere.With the awakening of the consciousness of great power,the United States began to actively participate in international affairs.The Taft(William Howard Taft)Administration proposed the "Dollar Diplomacy"that would demonstrate the value of the United States.
