高校图书馆中台构建路径与实践研究

摘　　要：中台是继云计算、大数据之后又一系统构建方法论与管理思路,研究其在图书馆的应用有助于图书馆数字化重构与智慧图书馆业务发展,实现基于读者和资源的持续服务创新。文章采用文献分析法对国内外中台相关研究成果进行整理和溯源,厘清中台的起源、发展、内涵、现状、应用与潜在困境;在此基础上,结合实验验证法研究中台在图书馆领域的应用场景与建设方式,并提出图书馆中台建设方法论。研究结果表明,中台理念有助于图书馆进行数字化重构,提升业务智慧化的底层支撑能力;实现业务与数据的模块化和热插拔服务,助力图书馆信息化业务的快速创新与上线;帮助馆员衔接下一代图书馆管理系统提出的新型运行理念与技术范式。Middle platform is another system construction methodology and management idea after cloud computing and big data.Research on its application in libraries will help digital reconstruction of libraries as well as business development of smart libraries,and realize the continuous service innovation based on readers and resources.Using the literature analysis method,this article sorts out and traces the relevant research results of middle platform at home and abroad,clarifies the origin,development,connotation,current situation,application and potential dilemmas of middle platform.On this basis,combined with the experimental verification method,it studies the application scenarios and construction methods of middle platform in the library field,and puts forward the library middle platform construction methodology.The research results show that,the concept of middle platform will help libraries carry out digital reconstruction and enhance the underlying support capabilities of business intelligence;achieve modular and hotswappable services for business and data,help the rapid innovation and launch of library information business;help librarians connect with the new operating concepts and technical paradigms proposed by the next-generation library management system.
