摘　　要：文章以满足读者需求、提高图书馆资源利用与服务效能为目的,采用大数据分析技术构建读者行为大数据分析模型,采集、存储和分析读者行为大数据。以济宁医学院图书馆为例,通过挖掘读者需求,进一步探究读者行为大数据分析模型在读者决策采购、新媒体阅读推广、个性化信息素养培训等服务中的应用策略。With the purpose of meeting readers'needs and improving the utilization of library resources and service efficiency,the paper adopts big data analysis technology to build a big data analysis model of readers'behavior,collect,stores and analyzes the big data of readers'behavior.Taking the library of Jining Medical University as an example,it further explores the specific application strategies of the big data analysis model of readers'behavior for a series of innovative services such as patron driven acquisitions,new media reading promotion and personalized information literacy training by exploring readers'needs.
