摘　　要：文章基于实践理论的视角,对重庆工商职业学院图书馆为青年教师提供的创新性服务项目进行调研与分析,在此基础上提出高校图书馆青年教师服务设计与开发策略,指出高校图书馆青年教师服务应从实践理论视角出发,通过相关案例和专业研究汲取服务智慧,充分反思服务实践助推服务发展,以期为高校图书馆服务创新提供理论视角和方法借鉴。From the perspective of practical theory,this paper investigates and analyzes services for young teachers in the library of Chongqing Vocational College of Industry and Commerce,puts forward the design and development strategy of young teacher service in university library,and indicates that young teacher service in university library should start from the perspective of practical theory,gain service intelligence through case study and professional research,reflect on service practice to boost service development,so as to provide theoretical perspectives and methods for the service innovation in university libraries.
