公安机关公务用枪监管规范化问题探析

摘　　要：近年来,公安机关公务用枪监管工作多管齐下,有效保障了民警依法履行职责,有力维护了公共安全和社会治安大局稳定。但是,在一些环节和方面,公安机关公务用枪监管工作还存在短板和弱项。公安机关要按照标本兼治、重在治本的原则,在做深做透排查工作的基础上,针对存在的问题,全链条、全过程发力,全面加强事前、事中和事后监管各项工作,进一步提升公务用枪管理水平。In recent years,the public security organs have taken multiple measures to supervise the use of guns for official duties,effectively ensuring the police perform their duties according to law,and effectively maintaining pub⁃lic security and the overall stability of social security.However,there are still some weaknesses in the supervision over guns for official use.The supervision before,during and after the event of all work should be comprehensively strength⁃ened in accordance with the principle of treating both the symptoms and root causes and focusing on the root,on the basis of deep and thorough investigation,making efforts in the whole chain and the whole process to solve the existing problems,so as to further improve the management of guns for official duties in public security organs.
