摘 要:为了减少我国铁矿石对外依存度,确保稳定供应,针对如何充分利用国内超贫磁铁矿资源,对近年国内超贫磁铁矿选矿新技术的特点及应用现状进行了研究及总结,探讨了超贫磁铁矿选矿技术的发展趋势。探究结果表明:老旧选矿厂适合采用三段一闭路破碎+干式预选+高压辊磨闭路超细碎+干式、湿式再选工艺进行改造,新建选矿厂应进一步推广高压辊磨机、细粒级干选及干式筛分设备、搅拌磨机等新设备的应用,采场建立集中破碎干选中心,露天采场应及时进行生态修复;以期为国内新建及改扩建类似超贫磁铁矿选矿厂提供参考。In order to reduce the external dependence of China's iron ore and ensure stable supply,aiming at how to make full use of domestic ultra-lean magnetite resources,the characteristics and applica⁃tion status of new beneficiation technologies for ultra-lean magnetite in China in recent years are studied and summarized,and the development trend of beneficiation technology for ultra-lean magnetite is dis⁃cussed.It is concluded that the old concentrator is suitable for the transformation of three-stage closed-cir⁃cuit crushing+dry pre-concentration+high pressure roller mill closed-circuit ultra-fine crushing+dry and wet re-concentration processes.The new concentrator should further promote the application of new equipment such as high pressure roller mill,fine-grained dry separation and dry screening equipment,and stirring mill.The stope should establish a centralized crushing and dry separation center,and the open-pit stope should carry out ecological restoration in time,which provide a reference for the domestic new construction and reconstruction of similar ultra-lean magnetite concentrator.
