摘 要:四川李家沟锂辉石矿为了提高锂辉石的回收率,通过矿石性质研究,对矿石进行了单一浮选试验和重-浮联选工艺小型试验。试验结果表明:通过重-浮联合工艺可取得良好的锂辉石选矿技术指标。现场重浮联选工业试验对矿石0.5~8.0 mm产品进行了重介质选矿试验,试验获得的尾矿产率35.76%、尾矿Li_(2)O品位0.36%,精矿产率11.57%、精矿Li_(2)O品位5.62%、回收率50.56%,中矿产率52.67%、中矿Li_(2)O品位1.19%;中矿进入磨矿浮选作业,精矿与尾矿作为直接产品处理,可减少36%的原矿量进入磨矿浮选作业,降低了用电负荷、钢球消耗和药剂耗量,大大降低了生产成本。In order to improve the recovery rate of spodumene in Lijiagou,Sichuan,a single flotation test and a small test of gravity-floating combined separation process were carried out on the ore through the study of ore properties.The test results show that good technical indexes of spodumene beneficiation can be obtained by gravity-flotation combined process.The heavy medium beneficiation test was carried out on the 0.5~8.0 mm products of the ore in the on-site heavy flotation industrial test.The tailings yield was 35.76%,the tailings Li_(2)O grade was 0.36%,the concentrate yield was 11.57%,the concentrate Li_(2)O grade was 5.62%,the recovery rate was 50.56%,the medium mineral yield was 52.67%,and the medium ore Li_(2)O grade was 1.19%.The ore into the grinding flotation operation,concentrate and tailings as a direct product treatment,can reduce 36%of the ore into the grinding flotation operation,reduce the power load,steel ball consumption and reagent consumption,greatly reducing the production cost.
