摘 要:为提高陕西某铅锌矿资源利用率,针对矿石中铅锌互嵌关系复杂及粒度微细的特征,进行了多元素分析、矿物工艺学研究以及浮选工艺参数优化试验研究。研究结果表明:该矿中的闪锌矿与方铅矿、磁黄铁矿共生关系密切,影响锌精矿质量;在磨矿细度为-0.074 mm80%时,采用Na_(2)SO_(3)+ZnSO_(4)抑制锌,硫氮九号+乙黄药为捕收剂选铅,硫酸铜活化锌,丁基黄药捕收剂选锌,闭路试验可获得铅精矿品位58.94%、回收率91.21%,锌精矿品位50.20%、回收率94.43%的优异指标。In order to improve the resource utilization rate of a lead-zinc mine in Shaanxi Province,multi-element analysis,mineral technology research and flotation process parameter optimization test were carried out for the characteristics of complex mutual embedding relationship and fine particle size.The re⁃sults show that the sphalerite in the ore is closely paragenesis with galena and pyrrhotite,which affects the quality of zinc concentrate.When the grinding fineness is-0.074 mm80%,Na_(2)SO_(3)+ZnSO_(4) is used to inhib⁃it zinc,sulfur nitrogen nine+ethyl xanthate is used as collector to select lead,copper sulfate is used to ac⁃tivate zinc,and butyl xanthate collector is used to select zinc.The closed-circuit test can obtain excellent indexes of lead concentrate grade of 58.94%,recovery rate of 91.21%,zinc concentrate grade of 50.20%,recovery rate of 94.43%.
