摘 要:某选厂为了节能降耗,提高铜回收率,针对铜硫混合精矿再磨段使用球磨机能耗钢耗偏高、磨矿效果不理想等问题,进行了试验室塔磨机磨矿、陶瓷球与钢球作为磨矿介质进行铜硫混合精矿再磨对比试验研究。研究结果表明:塔磨机与陶瓷球组合可大幅降低能耗及磨矿介质成本,提高铜回收率,增强铜硫分离效果,有利于提高选矿厂的生产效率,起到了降本提质的作用,经济效益显著。In order to save energy,reduce consumption and improve copper recovery rate in a concen⁃trator,aiming at the problems of high steel consumption and unsatisfactory grinding effect of ball mill in the regrinding section of copper-sulfur mixed concentrate,a comparative experimental study on the regrinding of copper-sulfur mixed concentrate was carried out by laboratory tower mill grinding,ceramic ball and steel ball as grinding medium.The results show that the combination of tower mill and ceramic ball can greatly reduce the energy consumption and the cost of grinding medium,improve the copper recovery rate,enhance the separation effect of copper and sulfur,improve the production efficiency of the concentrator,reduce the cost and improve the quality,and the economic benefit is remarkable.
