摘　　要：为了减缓球磨机滑动轴瓦磨损及频繁维修,提高设备运转率及使用寿命,福建马坑矿业股份有限公司进行了同步电机滑动轴瓦全自动强制润滑系统研究,通过同步电机全自动强制润滑系统,实现了滑动轴瓦润滑“五定”,同步实现了电机轴瓦润滑油在设备体外进行循环、冷却、过滤、润滑油量可根据轴瓦温度自主调节等功能。试验结果及现场应用表明:该装置投资少,成效明显,可有效节约人工和生产成本,提高设备完好率和运转率,为矿山企业设备自动化、无人化奠定了坚实的基础。In order to slow down the wear and frequent maintenance of the sliding bearing of the ball mill,improve the operation rate and service life of the equipment,Fujian Makeng Mining Co.,Ltd.has carried out the research on the automatic forced lubrication system of the synchronous motor sliding bearing.Through the automatic forced lubrication system of the synchronous motor,the sliding bearing lu⁃brication'five fixed'is achieved.At the same time,the motor bearing lubricating oil is circulated,cooled,filtered outside the equipment,and the amount of lubricating oil can be adjusted according to the bearing temperature.The test results and field application show that the device has small investment and obvious effect,which can effectively save labor and production costs,improve the equipment integrity rate and operation rate,and lay a solid foundation for the automation and unmanned equipment of mining enterprises.
