摘　　要：溶剂型无机富锌涂料具有优异的防腐性能,但在施工、固化、检测等方面与常规有机涂料存在一定的差异。本文对溶剂型无机富锌涂料在施工、固化、相关检查测试等方面的经验进行详细地梳理和总结,对可能产生的涂层缺陷及失效原因进行分析介绍,并提出了相应的解决方案、对溶剂型无机富锌涂料的实际施工具有一定的参考意义。Inorganic zinc-rich coatings have excellent anticorrosive performance,but there are some differences in terms of application,curing and testing,etc.as compared with the conventional organic coatings.In this article,the application,curing and testing methods of the inorganic zinc-rich coatings are described in detail,meanwhile,the coating defects and film faults are analyzed.Some solutions to these problems are given accordingly,which can be valuable to the actual application of the solvent-based inorganic zinc-rich coatings.
