摘　　要：环氧粉末涂料具有十分优秀的防腐蚀能力,在管道防腐领域应用十分广泛。地热水管道具有高温、防腐蚀、易结垢等特点,因此用于地热水管道的环氧粉末涂料需要有针对性的设计研究。本文从环氧粉末涂层耐热性、防腐性、防垢性等多方面出发进行讨论,为热水管用环氧粉末涂料的配方设计提供指导建议。Epoxy powder coating has excellent anticorrosive performance and is widely used in the field of pipeline anticorrosion.Geothermal water is characterized by high temperature,high corrosion and easy-to-scaling,so the epoxy powder coating for geothermal water pipeline needs to be designed accordingly.In this paper,the heat resistance,anticorrosion and antiscaling properties of the epoxy powder coating are discussed so as to provide suggestions for the formulation design of epoxy powder coating for geothermal water pipeline.
