摘 要:针对先涂装后成型的涂装工艺对粉末涂料涂层高韧性的要求,本文主要探索聚酯树脂、固化剂、增韧剂及底材类型等对涂层性能的影响,通过对粉末涂料配方的优化,制得能够满足上述工艺要求的高韧性聚酯粉末涂料。测试结果表明,制得粉末涂层膜厚为60~90μm时,具有优异的柔韧性及稳定性,涂层在室温下贮存60 d后仍能通过T弯测试(0T)不开裂。In response to the requirements on high flexibility of powder coatings before molding process,this paper investigates the effects of polyester resin,curing agents,flexibilizer and substrates on the film properties.By means of fomulation optimization,polyester powder coatings with high flexibility are prepared.The testing results show that the prepared coating has excellent flexibility and stability when the film thickness is 60-90μm,meanwhile,the coating can pass the T-bend test(0T)without cracking even after being stored at room temperature for 60 days.
