摘  要:在完成花岗岩集料、沥青结合料选材的基础上,得出花岗岩沥青混合料生产及施工质量控制方法。通过2段试验路铺筑,分别对AC-20C花岗岩沥青下面层和AC-13C花岗岩沥青上面层进行研究,结果表明:花岗岩碎石SiO_(2)含量73.69%情况下,采用合理的混合料生产工艺及施工工艺,花岗岩沥青路面质量总体上可控;花岗岩沥青混合料原则上应选择悬浮密实型级配,且应有较高的油石比和较高的生产及施工温度;花岗岩沥青混合料对压实功的需求不高,制定压实方案时应重点考虑碎石颗粒被压碎的情况。文章可为类似工程项目的实施提供参考。Based on the material selection of granite aggregate and asphalt binder,the quality control method of granite asphalt mixture production and construction is obtained.Through two sections of test road paving,the base course of AC-20C granite asphalt and the above layer of AC-13C granite asphalt were studied.The results show that,when the content of SiO_(2)in granite gravel is 73.69%,the quality of granite asphalt pavement can be controlled on the whole by adopting reasonable mixture production and construction technology.In principle,the gradation of granite asphalt mixture should choose suspension compact type,and should have higher asphalt ratio and higher production and construction temperature.The demand for compaction of granite asphalt mixture is not strict,so the crushed condition of gravel particles should be taken into consideration when making the compaction plan.This paper can provide reference for the implementation of similar engineering projects.
