摘  要:电力电子牵引变压器是下一代高能效牵引传动系统的核心部件,现有采用分布式控制系统的电力电子牵引变压器由于通信时延导致载波同步时PWM脉冲异常,进而造成电感电流突变问题。针对此问题,对基于双有源桥式变换器的电力电子牵引变压器PWM脉冲异常的产生机理进行分析,提出一种电力电子牵引变压器多模块载波移相同步控制策略,通过实时触发SCL时钟来消除同步信号的通信延时误差,在此基础上给出同步频率的设定原则,进一步消除同步偏差。所提出的多模块载波移相同步控制策略能够可靠地产生PWM驱动脉冲,保证电力电子牵引变压器各模块载波同步正常。构建系统仿真模型,对所提出的多模块载波移相同步控制策略进行仿真研究。设计并搭建五单元电力电子牵引变压器试验平台,对上述控制策略进行试验研究。仿真与试验结果一致,验证本文所提出的电力电子牵引变压器多模块载波移相同步控制策略的正确性和有效性。Power electronic traction transformer is the core component of the next generation of high energy efficient traction drive system.The existing power electronic traction transformer with distributed control system has abnormal PWM pulse during carrier synchronization due to communication delay,which leads to the sudden change of inductance current.In response to this problem,having analyzed the generation mechanism of abnormal PWM pulse in power electronic traction transformer based on dual active bridge converter,this paper proposed a power electronic traction transformer multi-module carrier phase-shift synchronization control strategy,which can eliminate the communication delay error of synchronous signal by triggering SCL clock in real-time,based on which the principle of setting the synchronization frequency was given,further eliminating the synchronization deviation.The proposed multi-module carrier phase-shifting synchronous control strategy can reliably generate the PWM drive pulse and ensure the normal carrier synchronization of each module of the power electronic traction transformer.A system simulation model was constructed to simulate the proposed multi-module carrier phase-shift synchronization control strategy.The experimental platform of a five-unit power electronic traction transformer was designed and built to study the above control strategy.The simulation results are consistent with the experimental results,which verify the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed multi-module carrier phase-shifting synchronous control strategy for power electronic traction transformer.
