摘 要:街路是城市中人们驻足交往、休闲娱乐的重要场所。改革开放以来,面对经济发展的迫切需求,我国街路建设主要采用“宽马路、多车道、少路口”的方式以解决日益严重的交通问题,致使城市街路日益缺乏特色与人性关怀。通过总结沈阳市街路的空间使用特征,利用最新第4代大数据的调研成果分析,研究如何通过街路的要素化设计指引提升城市街路的亲切感和归属感,彰显城市文化和魅力,使城市街路从“车本位”回归“人本位”。以期建立一套切实可行的高品质街路的建设指引和评价标准,优化城市街路管控体系,实现精细化管理。Streets are important places for people to stop for communication,leisure and entertainment in the city.Since the reform and opening up,facing the urgent needs of economic development,the construction of streets in China mainly adopts the way of"wide roads,multiple lanes,and fewer intersections"to solve traffic problems,which leads to an increasing lack of characteristics and human care on urban streets.This article summarizes the characteristics of the spatial use of Shenyang streets,uses the latest fourth-generation big data research results to analyze how to use street element design guidelines to enhance the sense of intimacy and belonging of city streets,highlight the city's culture and charm,and make urban streets return from"car-oriented"to"people-oriented".This paper strives to establish a set of practical and feasible guidelines and evaluation standards for high-quality street construction to optimize the urban street management system and implement refined management.
