摘　　要：社区治理是推进国家治理体系的重要内容,随着城市更新战略的实施,研究城市更新治理对提高居民满意度、加快城市更新进程和实现国家治理能力现代化有重要意义。居住性历史街区因其复杂的产权属性和空间肌理特色,更新面临多重困境。从治理机制、空间重构和活力再生3个方面分析其逻辑,以江苏省南京小西湖项目为例,提出社区营造视角下居住性历史街区的更新治理路径:完善城市更新制度,增强空间资源保障,加强社区的活力塑造,以此探索更新的可持续价值,为城市更新项目的推进提供借鉴。Community governance is an important part of advancing the national governance system.With the implementation of the urban renewal strategy,studying the renewal and governance of residential historic blocks is of great significance for improving residents'satisfaction,accelerating the urban renewal process and realizing modernization of national governance capabilities.Due to its complex property rights and spatial texture characteristics,residential historic district renewal faces multiple difficulties.This article analyzes its logic from three aspects:governance mechanism,space reconstruction and vitality regeneration,and takes the Nanjing Xiaoxihu project as an example.From the perspective of community building,this article proposes some paths for residential historic districts renewal and governance:improve the urban renewal system,enhance the guarantee of space resources,and strengthen the vitality of communities.In this way,we can explore the sustainable value of renewal and provide experience for the promotion of urban renewal projects.
