摘　　要：目的探究老年慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者血浆miR-423-5p、miR-499-5p及miR-210-3p水平与其营养状况和睡眠质量的相关性。方法采用微型营养评价量表(MNA)与匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评估106例CHF患者营养状况及睡眠质量;将患者按不同MNA、PSQI和心功能分组,比较各组血浆miR-423-5p、miR-499-5p及miR-210-3p水平,并分析其相关性。结果随着心功能分级的增加,miR-423-5p、miR-499-5p及miR-210-3p水平逐渐增加,MNA评分逐渐减少,PSQI评分逐渐增加。miR-423-5p、miR-499-5p及miR-210-3p水平互呈正相关;miR-423-5p、miR-499-5p及miR-210-3p水平与营养状况呈负相关;miR-423-5p、miR-499-5p与睡眠质量呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论血浆miR-423-5p、miR-499-5p及miR-210-3p水平与CHF患者心力衰竭程度、营养状况和睡眠质量密切相关。Aim To investigate the correlation plasma of miR-423-5p,miR-499-5p and miR-210-3p level with nutritional status and sleep quality in elderly patients with chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods The nutritional status and sleep quality of 106 hospitalized patients with CHF were evaluated by mini-Nutritional Assessment Scale(MNA)and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI).The levels of miR-423-5p,miR-499-5p and miR-210-3p in plasma were detected,and their correlation were analyzed.Results With the increase of cardiac function grade,the plasma levels of miR-423-5p,miR-499-5p and miR-210-3p gradually increased,the MNA score gradually decreased,and the PSQI score gradually increased.The levels of miR-423-5p,miR-499-5p and miR-210-3p were positively correlated with each other;The levels of miR-423-5p,miR-499-5p,miR-210-3p were negatively correlated with their nutritional status;miR-423-5p,miR-499-5p were positively correlated with sleep quality(P<0.05).Conclusion Plasma levels of miR-423-5p,miR-499-5p and miR-210-3p are closely related to the degree of heart failure,nutritional status and sleep quality of CHF patients.
