摘　　要：目的采用经皮椎间孔镜TESSYS技术治疗腰椎间盘突出症,探讨其对患者腰部疼痛程度及腰椎功能的影响。方法82例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机均分为观察组(经皮椎间孔镜TESSYS技术)和对照组(常规术式)。比较两组患者临床疗效、手术出血量、切口长度、手术前后视觉模拟评分(VAS)、生活质量(QOL)、日本骨科学会评分(JOA)、住院时间及治疗费。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组,切口长度、手术出血量、住院时间低于对照组,治疗费高于对照组(P<0.05)。与术前比较,术后两组VAS评分降低,QOL评分和JOA评分提高;与对照组术后比较,观察组术后VAS评分降低,QOL评分和JOA评分提高(P<0.05)。结论采用经皮椎间孔镜TESSYS技术治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床效果显著,明显改善腰椎功能及生活质量,值得临床广泛应用。Aim The effect of percutaneous thoracoscopic TESSYS technique on lumbar disc herniation on the degree of lumbar pain and lumbar function.Methods Eighty two patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into the observation group(TESSYS technique of percutaneous foraminal endoscopy)and the control group(conventional operation).The clinical efficacy,surgical bleeding,incision length,visual analogue score(VAS)before and after surgery,quality of life(QOL),Japanese Orthopedic Association score(JOA),hospital stays and treatment cost were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than control group,the length of incision,the amount of surgical bleeding,the length of hospital stay were lower than control group,and the treatment cost was higher than control group(P<0.05).Compared with pre operation,VAS score decreased,QOL score and JOA score increased in the two groups after operation;Compared with the control group,VAS score in the observation group decreased,QOL score and JOA score increased(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of percutaneous thoracoscopic TESSYS in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation is significant.It can significantly improve the lumbar function and quality of life,which is worthy of extensive clinical application.
