摘　　要：目的建立替硝唑片的近红外光谱快速鉴别方法。方法收集了13家不同药品生产企业的86批次替硝唑片剂,采集其近红外漫反射光谱图,建立了替硝唑片的快速鉴别方法。结果所建立的快速鉴别方法可以明显区分出替硝唑片剂与其他药品,且检验快速、准确。结论所建立的替硝唑近红外光谱分析方法可用于基层药品的快速鉴别检验。Objective To establish a rapid identification method for tinidazole tablets by NIR spectra.Methods Eighty-six batches of tinidazole tablets from thirteen manufacturers were collected,and their NIR spectra were obtained to establish a rapid identification method for tinidazole tablets.Results The established method for rapid identification could clearly distinguish the samples of tinidazole tablets from other drugs.This identification method proved to be rapid and accurate.Conclusion The established qualitative method can be applied to rapid drug determination in grassroots institutions.
