摘  要:藏红花苷-1具有多种药理活性,主要存在于鸢尾科植物番红花(Crocus sativus Linnaeus)柱头和茜草科植物栀子(Gardenia jasminoides Ellis)果实中。口服用药后,藏红花苷-1只有小部分能直接进入体内,大部分被分解成藏红花酸或藏红花酸单(双)糖醛酸形式被机体吸收利用;藏红花酸则能直接通过肠道内壁,进入机体后分布到心、肝、肾和肺等脏器组织中。目前可利用结构改造和新型制剂工艺,提高藏红花苷-1和藏红花酸的生物利用度、生物活性和半衰期。本文综述藏红花苷-1和藏红花酸近几年研究结果,为其临床开发利用提供科学依据和参考。Crocin-Ⅰ,which possesses various pharmacological activities,is known to exist in the desiccative ripe fruit of Gardenia jasminoides Ellis of the Rubiaceae family,and in the stigmas of Crocus sativus Linnaeus of the Iridaceae family.After oral administration of crocin-Ⅰand crocetin,the absorption sites are mostly located in the intestinal tract,and only a small fraction of crocin-Ⅰcan enter the body as a prototype so that most of it is decomposed into crocetin or crocetin uronic acid,which is absorbed by the body.However,crocetin can directly pass through the intestinal wall,enter the body and come to be distributed to the tissues of the heart,liver,kidney and lung.New formulation technology and structural modification of crocin-Ⅰand crocetin can be used to improve their bioavailability,bioactivity,and half-life.This paper summarizes the recent findings of literature research on crocin-Ⅰand crocetin in order to provide reference for their clinical development and utilization.
