某院骨科围手术期非甾体抗炎药物使用情况分析

摘　　要：目的了解非甾体抗炎药在骨科的使用情况,结合我院实际情况对其进行分析评价,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法抽取2021年1-6月骨科手术患者使用非甾体抗炎药物病例,共875份。采集信息,包括患者的基本信息、非甾体抗炎药的使用情况等,对其进行分析评价。结果5个骨科中非甾体抗炎药物使用量最多的是骨一科,用药频度和药物利用指数最大的为氟比洛芬酯注射液和注射用氯诺昔康;我院骨科围手术期使用非甾体抗炎药集中在术后24 h,占82.51%;以单味非甾体抗炎药使用较多,占91.20%;不合理使用情况多集中在使用疗程不合理。结论我院骨科非甾体抗炎药使用存在不合理情况,建议规范使用,保证患者用药安全。Objective To find out about the usage of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs in orthopedics so as to provide reference to rational clinical use of drugs.Methods A total of 875 cases of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs used by recipients of orthopedic surgery between January and June 2021 were selected.The basic information about the patients and the usage of non-steroidal drugs were collected and analyzed.Results Among the five orthopedics departments in our hospital,the first department used nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs most frequently.The defined daily doses and drug use index of flurbiprofen axetil injection and lornoxicam for injection were the highest.The percentage of perioperative use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs in our hospital was 82.51%within 24 h of surgery.Single non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs accounted for 91.20%.Improper courses of treatment were prevalent.Conclusion The usage of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs in our hospital is irrational in some cases.It is recommended that the usage of these drugs be standardized so as to ensure the safety of patients.
