摘　　要：目的通过对某医院船3次巡诊医疗服务期间药品使用情况进行分析,总结药品使用特点、探索药品使用规律,以期为医院船医疗服务药品保障提供参考。方法收集医院船3批次医疗服务期间的药品处方用药量,并进行统计分析。结果药品使用主要为骨科、皮肤科、耳鼻喉科、口腔科、上呼吸道感染用药和抗菌药物。结论携行药品数量和种类基本合理,能满足巡诊需求。后续巡诊需及时调整药品目录,通过优化药品调控,按照实际需求筹措药品。Objective To analyze the usage of drugs during three rounds of mobile medical service on board a hospital ship in order to provide reference for drug supply during medical service on a hospital ship.Methods The prescribed dosage of drugs in three rounds of medical service by hospital ships was collected and all the data was statistically analyzed.Results The drugs were mainly used in orthopaedics,dermatology,otorhinolaryngology,stomatology,and for upper respiratory infections and other types of infections.Conclusion The quantity and types of drugs carried are basically adequate and basic needs can be satisfied.In the future,drug catalogues should be adjusted in time and drugs prepared as actually needed by optimizing drug regulation.
