摘 要:X70MS管线钢主要用于输送含有H_(2)S等酸性介质的石油和天然气,由于其特殊的服役环境,因此需要管线钢具有非常良好的抗HIC性能。为了降低X70MS管线钢的HIC敏感性,提高其服役安全性,采用NACE TM 0284-2016氢致开裂标准试验方法,对X70MS管线钢的抗HIC性能进行了研究。结果表明:X70MS管线钢的组织为铁素体、贝氏体以及M/A岛;HIC试验中,裂纹的各个指标参数均符合国内西气东输工程用X70管线钢评定标准的要求,具有良好的抗HIC性能;HIC裂纹是由Al_(2)O_(3)夹杂物以及铸坯中C元素偏析遗传到钢板中形成大块状的M/A岛富碳组织所致,Al_(2)O_(3)夹杂物与M/A岛组织相互间的耦合作用会加剧X70MS管线钢抗HIC性能恶化,并且M/A岛组织数量、分布、尺寸是影响X70MS管线钢抗HIC性能的重要因素。X70MS pipeline steel is mainly used to transport oil and natural gas containing H_(2) S and other acidic media.Due to its special service environment,pipeline steel is required to have very good HIC resistance.In order to reduce the HIC sensitivity of X70MS pipeline steel and improve its service safety,the HIC resistance performance of X70MS pipeline steel was studied using NACE TM 0284-2016 hydrogen-induced cracking standard experimental method.The results show that the microstructure of X70MS pipeline steel is ferrite,bainite and M/A island.In the HIC test,each index parameter of cracks meets the requirements of the domestic evaluation standard of X70 pipeline steel for West-East Gas Pipeline Project,and has good resistance to HIC.HIC cracks are caused by the segregation of Al_(2)O_(3) inclusions and C elements in the slab into the steel plate to form a large M/A island carbon-rich structure,the coupling effect between Al_(2)O_(3) inclusions and M/A island structure will aggravate the deterioration of HIC resistance of X70MS pipeline steel,and the number,distribution and size of M/A islands are important factors affecting the HIC resistance of X70MS pipeline steel.
