摘 要:随着我国不锈钢产业的加速发展,不锈钢渣堆存量逐年增加且难以利用。利用不锈钢渣制备水泥填充料是将其大量消纳的有效途径。通过掺入粉煤灰对AOD渣进行组分改质,研究了粉煤灰改质AOD渣制备水泥填充料的胶凝性能。结果表明,AOD渣掺入粉煤灰高温改质后经水淬急冷可以形成玻璃态物质,随着粉煤灰掺量增加,改质AOD渣中玻璃态物质含量增加,当粉煤灰的质量掺比达到35%时,改质AOD渣中均为玻璃体物质。胶凝材料力学性能和Cr浸出浓度分析表明,改质AOD渣掺量为20%时,复合水泥胶凝材料28天抗压强度为54.4 MPa,达到P.C 52.5水泥的标准;Cr浸出浓度随改质AOD渣掺量减少而降低,均低于0.15 mg/L。改质AOD渣可安全应用于建筑材料领域,实现废弃物资源化利用。With the accelerated development of China’s stainless steel industry,the stock of stainless steel slag pile increases year by year and is difficult to use.Using stainless steel slag to prepare cement filler is an effective way to absorb a large amount of it.In this paper,the composition of AOD slag was modified by adding fly ash,and the cementitious properties of cement filler prepared by fly ash modified AOD slag were studied.The results showed that after high temperature modification of AOD slag with fly ash,it could form glassy matter after water quenching and quenching.With the increase of fly ash content,the content of glassy matter in modified AOD slag increased.When the mixing ratio of fly ash reached 35%,the modified AOD slag was glassy matter.The analysis of mechanical properties and Cr leaching concentration of cementitious material showed that when the content of modified AOD slag was 20%,the 28 day compressive strength of composite cement cementitious material was 54.4 MPa,which met the standard of P.C 52.5 cement.The Cr leaching concentration decreased with the decrease of modified AOD slag content,which was lower than 0.15 mg/L.The modified AOD slag could be safely applied to the field of building materials to realize the resource utilization of waste.
