摘 要:经皮给药系统是药物经过皮肤吸收参与体循环的一种新型给药系统。自1980年以来,该领域取得了显著的成就,在临床应用中发挥着越来越重要的作用,但尚未完全发挥其替代口服和皮下注射给药的潜力。角质层的屏障特性和药物的渗透效果是限制其应用的主要因素,因此通过对经皮给药系统的关键技术和方法进行探究,破除经皮给药的限制壁垒,已成为当下研究的热点。本文通过综述近年来经皮给药系统应用中的新技术、新方法,以期为后续相关研究提供借鉴和参考。The transdermal drug delivery system is a new drug delivery system in which drugs are absorbed through the skin before participating in systemic circulation.Since 1980,remarkable achievements have been made in this field and this system is playing an increasingly important role in clinical applications,but it has fallen short of its potential as an alternative to oral administration and subcutaneous injection.The barrier properties of the cuticle and the penetration effect of drugs are the main obstacles to its application.Therefore,the exploration of new pharmaceutical technologies and methods to break down the barriers of transdermal drug delivery is catching on.In this paper,new technologies and methods in the field are reviewed in order to provide reference for subsequent research on transdermal drug delivery systems.
