桂枝茯苓丸联合紫杉醇与卡铂对中晚期卵巢癌患者的疗效考察

摘　　要：目的探究桂枝茯苓丸联合紫杉醇与卡铂对中晚期卵巢癌患者T淋巴细胞亚群及血清基质金属蛋白酶9、血管内皮生长因子、肿瘤指标水平的影响。方法选取2020年1月-2020年12月我院收治的120例中晚期卵巢癌患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组给予紫杉醇与卡铂治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予桂枝茯苓丸,4周为1个疗程,均连续治疗6个疗程。比较两组治疗前后T淋巴细胞亚群及血清基质金属蛋白酶9、血管内皮生长因子、肿瘤标志物水平变化,观察治疗后临床疗效和不良反应。结果治疗后两组患者T淋巴细胞亚群(CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))、血清基质金属蛋白酶9、血管内皮生长因子及肿瘤标志物(CA125、CA199、HE4)水平均显著改善,且观察组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组和观察组临床总有效率分别为61.67%和73.33%,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。观察组患者发热、恶心呕吐、腹泻、皮疹、白细胞减少等不良反应发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论桂枝茯苓丸联合紫杉醇与卡铂可明显改善中晚期卵巢癌患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群,增强机体免疫力,降低血清基质金属蛋白酶9、血管内皮生长因子及肿瘤标志物水平,且不良反应低。Objective To explore the effects of Guizhi Fuling pills combined with paclitaxel and carboplatin on levels of T lymphocyte subsets,serum matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and tumor indexes in patients with advanced ovarian cancer.Methods A total of 120 patients with advanced ovarian cancer who were admitted to our hospital between January 2020 and December 2020 were selected as the subjects,who were divided into the control group and the observation group using the random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with paclitaxel and carboplatin while the observation group was additionally given Guizhi Fuling pills.One course of treatment lasted 4 weeks,and both groups were treated for six consecutive courses.The changes of levels of T lymphocyte subsets,serum MMP-9,VEGF and tumor indexes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions after treatment were observed.Results After treatment,the levels of T lymphocyte subsets(CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD8^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)),MMP-9,VEGF,and tumor indicators(CA125,CA199,HE4)of the two groups were significantly improved,especially in the observation group(P<0.05).The total effective rates of the control group and observation group were 61.67%and 73.33%,respectively,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The incidence of such adverse reactions as fever,nausea,vomiting,diarrhea,skin rash and leukopenia in the observation group was significantly lower than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Guizhi Fuling pills combined with paclitaxel and carboplatin can significantly improve the peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets of patients with advanced ovarian cancer,enhance immunity,reduce the levels of MMP-9,VEGF and tumor markers,and cause fewer adverse reactions.
