摘　　要：目的研究突发公共卫生事件发生后,保证药材及时到位,为应急救援和处置提供重要物质支撑。方法队属医院结合实际,探讨克服常态与应急矛盾问题的措施,保障国家突发公共卫生事件医学救援。结果保障药材的储备种类、调运、使用、信息化、维护及科学管理对救援工作至关重要。结论队属医院应依据突发公共卫生事件的发展规律,制定可行完善的管理制度,细化各项任务分工,应用多种途径为突发公共卫生事件应急救援工作做好药材保障。Objective To study ways to ensure the adequate supply of medicinal materials in case of public health emergencies in order to provide material support for emergency rescue and disposal.Methods Based on the reality in a military hospital,ways to solve the contradiction between routines and emergency and to ensure the medical rescue of public health emergencies were studied.Results It was of critical importance to ensure the diversity of stored pharmaceuticals,transportation,use,informatization,maintenance and rigorous control of medicinal materials.Conclusion In order to ensure the supply of medicinal materials for emergency rescue in case of public health emergencies,military hospitals should formulate feasible guidelines,specifiy the responsibility of each department and adopt various effective methods as required by public health emergencies.
