摘　　要：利用CFX软件模拟了直径为9200 mm的塔内六溢流塔板上的气液分布状态,对模拟结果中塔内容易出现的气液分布不均的问题,从设计角度提出合理有效的优化设计建议。模拟结果显示,计算流体力学(CFD)模拟在大型塔的设计中是一种省时、有效的辅助设计手段。The gas-liquid distribution on the six overflow trays in the tower with a diameter of 9200 mm was simulated by CFX software.For the problem of uneven gas-liquid distribution in the tower in the simulation results,reasonable and effective optimization design suggestions are put forward from the design point of view.From the simulation results of this paper,it is proved again that CFD simulation is a time-saving and effective auxiliary design method in the design of large-scale towers.
