摘  要:轻质金属和树脂基复合材料性能各异,且差别很大,将其连接在一起可以充分发挥两种材料的优良性能,有着更高的损伤容限和疲劳极限。胶接作为一种低损伤的连接工艺,目前已经广泛应用于异种材料的连接,而胶接表面状况对胶接强度有着重要的影响。作者对轻质金属以及树脂基复合材料粘接前表面处理工艺技术进行了阐述,同时,对工艺过程的影响因素进行了分析,最后对未来表面改性技术的改进进行了展望。Lightweight metal and resin matrix composites have difference properties and great differences.Connecting them together can reach the full potential to the excellent properties of the two materials,with higher damage tolerance and fatigue limits.Adhesive bonding,as a low-damage connection process,is widely used in the connection of heterogeneous materials at present,and the surface condition of adhesive bonding has an important impact on the bonding strength.In this paper,the surface treatment before bonding technology of lightweight metals and resin matrix composites is described.At the same time,the factors affecting the process are analyzed,and finally the improvement of surface modification technology in the future is prospected.
