摘 要:本研究利用考虑非期望产出的网络超效率EBM-Malmquist模型测度工业用水效率,利用Dagum基尼系数和Kernel密度估计分析中国工业用水效率空间差异及分布动态演进,探究中国全域及各地区工业用水效率的驱动机制。研究表明:2011~2020年间中国工业用水效率呈现波动增长态势但仍存在显著区域间非均衡化特征,内部相对差异呈现“增减交替”趋势,超变密度对中国工业用水效率空间差异贡献最大;各地区分化态势有所不同;工业用水效率在不同地区受到科技创新、市场化水平和开放程度等因素的异质性影响。研究结论为评估和提升不同地区工业用水效率提供依据。This paper uses the network super efficiency EBM-Malmquist model considering unexpected output to measure the industrial water use efficiency,depicts the regional differences and distribution dynamic evolution of industrial water use efficiency by using Dagum Gini coefficient and Kernel density estimation method,and tests the driving mechanism in China and four regions by regression analysis.It shows that industrial water use efficiency in China has a fluctuating growth trend during 2011~2020,but there are still significant regional disequilibrium characteristics.The internal relative difference shows an“alternating increase and decrease”trend,and the intensity of transvariation contributes the most to the spatial difference of industrial water use efficiency in China.The trend of differentiation is different in regions.Industrial water use efficiency is affected by scientific and technological innovation,degree of marketization and openness,etc.The driving effects of various factors have the characteristics of spatial heterogeneity.The research findings can provide basis for evaluating and improving industrial water use efficiency in different regions in China.
