摘　　要：为探究粗纱工序中断头的影响因素,通过生产实践收集了影响粗纱断头的相关指标数据,应用灰色关联系统理论得出粗纱断头率与其影响因素之间的关联度,并对各个影响因素进行了排序,针对不同类型纱线的粗纱断头与影响因素之间的关联度排序做对比分析,讨论了不同参数指标对粗纱断头的影响。结果表明:熟条质量、粗纱质量和温湿度对粗纱断头影响较大;影响粗纱工序断头最主要的因素是末并条干、粗纱捻系数和粗纱回潮率;相同环节中影响不同类型纱线的粗纱断头的指标大致相同,不同纱线类型应根据不同纺纱环节合理调整关注点。In order to investigate the influence factors of broken ends in roving process,the related data affecting roving breakage were collected via production practice.The correlation degree between the roving breakage rate and the influencing factors was obtained by grey correlation system theory,then the influencing factors were ranked.The order of the correlation degree between the roving breakage of different types of yarns and the influencing factors was compared and analyzed,and the influence of different parameters on roving breakage was discussed.The resulTSshow that sliver quality,roving quality and temperature and humidity have a great influence on roving end break;the main factors affecting the breakage of roving process are drawn sliver evenness,roving twist coefficient and roving moisture regain;different types of yarns in the same link have roughly the same index that affecTSthe roving end breakage.It is considered that different yarn types should be reasonably adjusted according to different spinning links.
