摘 要:为探究红茶色素对羊毛纤维的染色工艺,扩大红茶色素的使用范围,采用微波辅助乙醇溶液提取红茶色素后,选用柠檬酸为媒染剂,后媒染色法上染羊毛纤维,探讨各单因素对染色效果的影响,运用响应面法优化染色工艺。优化后的染色工艺为:染色时间70min、温度94℃、柠檬酸质量浓度10g/L。在此条件下测得红茶色素对羊毛纤维染色的平均色差值为40.339,与理论值基本吻合;染后的羊毛纤维耐水洗色牢度达3级以上,满足日常服用的要求;染前预处理工艺和最优染色工艺未对羊毛纤维强力造成实质性的影响;柠檬酸的使用避免了金属离子媒染剂的染色废水问题。In order to explore the dyeing process of black tea pigment on wool fiber and expand the application range of black tea pigment,after extracting black tea pigment with microwave assisted ethanol solution,the wool fibers were dying with post-mordant dyeing method by using citric acid as mordant,then the influence of each single factor on dyeing effect was investigated,and the dyeing process was optimized by response surface method.The resulTSshow that the optimized dyeing process is as follows:dyeing time of 70 min,temperature of 94℃,citric acid dosage of 10 g/L,the average color difference value of black tea pigment on wool fiber dyeing is 40.339,which is basically consistent with the theoretical value.The color fastness to washing of dyed wool fiber is above grade 3,which can meet the requiremenTSof daily use.The dyeing pretreatment process and the optimal dyeing process have not substantial effect on the strength of wool fibers.The use of citric acid can avoid the dyeing wastewater problem of metal ion mordant.
