摘  要:为了扩大灰鸭绒在纺织领域中的应用范围,研究净洗剂、净洗工艺等对灰鸭绒性能的影响。实验探讨磺化醋氨、椰子油二乙醇酰胺、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、十二烷基苯磺酸钠等常用表面活性剂对灰鸭绒净洗的效果。结果表明脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚对灰鸭绒的净洗效果最好。通过正交试验优化脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚的净洗工艺,最佳工艺条件为:净洗剂用量3%(owf),净洗温度25℃,净洗时间40min。采用脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚作为表面活性剂净洗后的灰鸭绒无气味,浊度值为1000 mm,耗氧量在0.8 mg氧/(100 g)及以下,残脂率在1.12%及以下。文章为灰鸭绒净洗剂的开发及灰鸭绒生产企业提供了数据支持。In order to expand the application scope of grey duck down in the textile field,the influence of common detergent on the performance of gray duck down was studied from the perspective of the selection of detergent and the optimization of washing process.The effect of commonly used surfactanTSsuch as sulfonated acetylated ammonia,coconut oil diethanolamide,fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether,sodium lauryl benzene sulfonate on grey duck down washing was discussed.The experimental resulTSshow that fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether has the best washing effect.The washing process of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether is optimized through orthogonal experiments,the best process conditions are the amount of detergent(owf)of 3%,the washing temperature of 25℃,and the washing time of 40min.Ash duck down after washing with the surfactant of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether has no odor,turbidity value of 1000 mm,oxygen consumption of 0.8 mg O/(100 g)and below,and residual ester rate of 1.12%and below.This study can provide technical support for the development of detergent additives in grey duck down and production enterprises in grey duck down.
