摘 要:为探讨电加热服装局部加热的合理性,以电热丝为加热单元、碳纤维面料为基底制作了电加热元件;通过改变电源电压与电加热元件内外层面料热阻,在局部加热状态下测量临近热源部位的皮肤温度变化,通过元件不同距离点的皮肤温度差异表征电加热服装的舒适性,将平均升温速率作为临近部位传热效率的指标,分析各部位的温度变化趋势及其影响因素。结果表明:服装局部加热时,临近热源5 cm外皮肤温度无变化,5 cm内传热效率较低,导致皮肤温差显著;升高电源功率或增大整体服装热阻可以提升临近部位的传热效率,但效果不显著。电加热服装的设计应尽量增大加热面积,降低因热源设置不合理导致的人体局部温差,提高服装的热防护性、热舒适性与安全性。In order to explore the rationality of local heating of electrically heated garments,an electric heating element was made with an electric heating wire as the heating unit and a carbon fiber fabric as the substrate;by varying the power supply voltage and the thermal insulation of the inner and outer layers of the electric heating element,the skin temperature changes of five human body parTSnear the heat source were measured when wearing the heating unit,and the difference in skin temperature at different distance poinTSof the element was used as the human comfort characterization.The temperature change trend of each part and the related influencing factors were analyzed,using the mean heating rate as an index of the heat transfer efficiency of the adjacent parts.The resulTSshow that when the garment is partially heated,there is no change in skin temperature 5 cm away from the heat source,and the heat transfer efficiency within 5 cm is low,resulting in a significant difference in skin temperature;increasing the power supply or increasing the overall thermal resistance of the garment can improve the heat transfer efficiency of the adjacent parts,but the effect is not obvious.The design of electrically heated clothing should try to increase the heating area,reduce the local temperature difference of the human body caused by the unreasonable setting of the heat source,and improve the thermal protection,thermal comfort and safety of clothing.
