摘　　要：目的:研究细胞外基质金属蛋白酶诱导因子(CD147)、水通道蛋白1(AQP1)和血小板细胞源性因子(PDGF)在子宫内膜异位症(EMs)组织中的表达及相互间的关系,探讨其在子宫内膜异位症发病机制中的作用。方法:采用免疫组化SP法检测60例子宫内膜异位组织与30例正常内膜组织标本中CD147、AQP1和PDGF的表达,并进行相关性分析。结果:EMs组CD147、AQP1及PDGF的阳性表达率均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。分析显示,在EMs组织中,CD147与AQP1的表达呈正相关(r=0.991,P<0.05);CD147与PDGF的表达呈正相关(r=0.983,P<0.05);AQP1与PDGF相对表达量无相关性(r=0.198,P>0.05)。结论:CD147、AQP1和PDGF在EMs中的过表达可能与异位内膜的迁移、黏附和侵袭有关;推测CD147可刺激异位内膜细胞产生PDGF和AQP1,进而促进异位子宫内膜种植、浸润和转移;CD147可作为子宫内膜异位症免疫治疗的潜在靶点。Objective:To study the expression of extracellular matrix metalloproteinase inducer(CD147),aquaporin 1(AQP1)and platelet cell-derived factor(PDGF)in endometriosis(EMs)tissues and their relationship with each other,and to explore their role in the pathogenesis of endometriosis.Methods:Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expressions of CD147,AQP1 and PDGF in 60 cases of ectopic endometrial tissue and 30 cases of normal endometrial tissue,and the correlation was analyzed.Results:The positive expression rates of CD147,AQP1 and PDGF in EMs group were higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Analysis showed that CD147 was positively correlated with AQP1 expression in EMs tissues(r=0.991,P<0.05).CD147 was positively correlated with PDGF expression(r=0.983,P<0.05).There was no correlation between AQP1 and PDGF relative expression level(r=0.198,P>0.05).Conclusion:The overexpression of CD147,AQP1 and PDGF in EMs may be related to the migration,adhesion and invasion of ectopic intima.It is speculated that CD147 can stimulate the production of PDGF and AQP1 in ectopic endometrial cells,and then promote implantation,infiltration and metastasis of ectopic endometrial.CD147 may be a potential target for immunotherapy in endometriosis.
