摘　　要：目的:研究基于微信平台的健康宣教在携带经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)出院的乳腺癌化疗患者居家自我管理中的应用效果。方法:选择2021年3月至2021年9月于广西壮族自治区人民医院行PICC化疗并带管出院的64例乳腺癌患者作为研究对象。随机将其分为对照组和研究组,每组各32例。对照组出院后给予常规延续护理,研究组出院后给予基于微信平台的健康宣教。比较两组并发症的发生率及护理满意度。结果:干预后,研究组并发症的总发生率为9.38%,显著低于对照组的40.63%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访6个月显示,研究组的护理满意度为96.15%,显著高于对照组的81.25%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在携带PICC出院的乳腺癌化疗患者的居家自我管理中应用基于微信平台的健康宣教,可有效降低患者并发症的发生率,提高护理满意度,值得临床应用与推广。Objective:To study the application effect of health education based on wechat platform in home self-management of breast cancer patients discharged from hospital with central venous catheter(PICC)inserted through peripheral vein.Methods:64 patients with breast cancer who received PICC chemotherapy and were discharged with tube from Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region People’s Hospital from March 2021 to September 2021 were selected as subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and study group,32 cases in each group.The control group was given routine extended care after discharge,and the study group was given health education based on wechat platform after discharge.The incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the total incidence of complications in the study group was 9.38%,significantly lower than that in the control group(40.63%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 6 months of follow-up,the nursing satisfaction of the study group was 96.15%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(81.25%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The application of health education based on wechat platform in home selfmanagement of breast cancer patients discharged from hospital with PICC after chemotherapy can effectively reduce the incidence of patient complications and improve nursing satisfaction,which i s worthy of clinical application and promotion.
