摘　　要：目的:探讨基于“互联网+”的护理培训模式在儿科护士层级培训中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1月至6月佛山复星禅诚医院的73名儿科护理人员作为研究对象。采用基于“互联网+”的护理培训模式对纳入对象进行为期一年的“互联网+”层级培训,通过对比“互联网+”护理培训模式干预前后护士培训覆盖率、护士培训满意度、理论及操作考核成绩以及护理质量得分等相关指标的差异,评估基于“互联网+”护理培训模式的临床应用价值。结果:经过为期一年的“互联网+”护理培训模式干预后,护士培训覆盖率从之前的60.3%(44/73)提升至100.0%(73/73),护士满意度以及理论和操作考核成绩合格率均有显著提高(P<0.05);其次,干预后护士在基础护理、危重症护理、专科护理以及病房管理方面的护理质量评分均显著高于干预前(P<0.05)。结论:基于“互联网+”的护理培训模式能显著提高护士培训覆盖率,对提高护士考核成绩及护理质量均有积极意义,具有较高的临床推广价值。Objective:To explore the application effect of nursing training mode based on“Internet+”in pediatric nurse level training.Methods:A total of 73 pediatric nurses from Fosun Chancheng Hospital in Foshan from January to June 2021 were selected as subjects.The nursing training mode based on“Internet+”was adopted to conduct one-year“Internet+”level training for the included subjects.By comparing the differences of nurses’training coverage rate,nurses’training satisfaction,theoretical and operational assessment results,nursing quality scores and other relevant indicators before and after the intervention of“Internet+”nursing training mode,To evaluate the clinical application value of nursing training model based on“Internet+”.Results:After the intervention of“Internet+”nursing training mode for one year,the training coverage rate of nurses increased from 60.3%(44/73)to 100.0%(73/73),and the satisfaction rate of nurses and the pass rate of theoretical and operational assessment results were significantly increased(P<0.05).Secondly,nursing quality scores of nurses in basic nursing,critical care nursing,specialized nursing and ward management after intervention were significantly higher than those before intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion:The nursing training mode based on“Internet+”can significantly improve the coverage of nurses’training,and has positive significance for improving the assessment results and nursing quality of nurses,and has high clinical promotion valu e.
