摘 要:目的:了解我国医药学教学相关专利现状,对比美国和日本相关专利申请情况,对我国医药学教学相关专利申请中的现有问题提出解决建议,以提升高质量专利占比。方法:本研究以Innojoy专利数据库作为数据来源,全面检索2002—2021年中国、美国、日本医药学教学相关专利。采用Excel 2019与Origin 2021进行数据分析和结果呈现。结果:中国、美国、日本在2002—2021年间医药学教学相关专利申请数量分别为3895、2502、1152件。中国医药学教学相关发明专利申请数量为2229件(57.23%)、实用新型专利1666件(42.77%);美国、日本医药学教学相关专利申请均以发明专利为主(分别为100.00%、98.70%)。国内38.98%的医药学教学相关专利处于有权状态,美国处于有权状态的医药学教学相关专利为51.28%,日本为44.22%。中国、美国、日本医药学教学相关专利申请数量最多的申请人分别为上海理工大学(14件)、加州大学(36件)、飞利浦电子公司(23件)。中国、美国和日本医药学教学相关专利申请IPC大类种类数量/申请量比值分别为61/3895(1.58%)、54/2502(2.16%)和28/1152(2.43%);IPC小类种类数量/申请量比值分别为142/3895(3.65%)、118/2502(4.72%)和57/1152(4.95%);IPC大组种类数量/申请量比值分别为417/3895(10.71%)、356/2502(14.23%)和177/1152(15.36%);IPC小组种类数量/申请量比值分别为1006/3895(25.83%)、999/2502(39.93%)和473/1152(41.06%)。日本和中国超过一半的医药学教学相关专利未被其他专利引用过,而美国医药学教学相关专利仅有23.70%未被引用。中国医药学教学相关专利中,不到10%在5个以上国家提交了专利申请(美国为27.51%,日本为42.97%),超过10项权利项数的专利占14.02%(日本占62.89%、美国占82.65%)。结论:我国医药学教学相关专利申请数量持续上升,申请量位居全球首位,但是专利质量仍需进一步提高。Objective:To understand the current status of medical teaching-related patents in China,compare with the United States and Japan,and make suggestions to solve the existing problems of patent applications in China,so as to improve the proportion of high-quality patents.Methods:Innojoy patent database was used as the data source to comprehensively search the medical teaching-related patents of China,the United States and Japan during 2002-2021.Excel 2019 and Origin 2021 were used for data analysis and results presentation.Results:The numbers of medical teaching-related patent applications in China,the United States,and Japan during 2002-2021 were 3895,2502,and 1152,respectively.The number of medical teaching-related invention patent applications in China was 2229(57.23%),and the number of medical teaching-related utility model patents in China was 1666(42.77%),while medical teaching-related patent applications in the United States and Japan were dominated by invention patents(100.00%and 98.70%respectively).38.98%of medical teaching-related patents were in the authorized status in China.51.28%of medical teaching-related patents were in the authorized status in the United States and 44.22%in Japan.The applicants with the highest number of patent applications in China,the United States and Japan were University of Shanghai for Science and Technology(14),University of California(36)and Philips Electronics Co.(23),respectively.The category number/application quantity ratio of IPC Class of medical teaching-related patents in China,the United States and Japan were 61/3895(1.58%),54/2502(2.16%)and 28/1152(2.43%),respectively.The category number/application quantity ratio of IPC Subclass in China,the United States and Japan were 142/3895(3.65%),118/2502(4.72%)and 57/1152(4.95%),respectively.The category number/application quantity ratio of IPC Main Group in China,the United States and Japan were 417/3895(10.71%),356/2502(14.23%)and 177/1152(15.36%),respectively.The category number/application quantity ratio of IPC Subgroup
