摘　　要：数字技术革命以其独特的方式对各行业和企业的生产和经营带来革命性变化,并将深刻影响一国消费模式的变革,这无疑将重塑全球生产链,成为中国制造业出口贸易高质量发展的重要驱动力。具体而言,从供给侧看,数字技术革命主要通过提高企业的创新、生产效率、降低企业的生产成本和跨国交易成本、促进市场竞争等,直接或间接提高企业的出口产品质量;从需求侧看,数字技术革命则可以通过更加便捷地获取消费者差异性偏好的信息,从而实现精准提高企业出口产品的质量。但不容忽视的是,数字技术还会由于甄别真伪的技术困难、垄断、产权归属不清和数字壁垒等问题,对中国制造业出口贸易的高质量发展带来一些挑战。基于上述分析,文章认为中国要进一步加强技术研发和数字化人才的储备,培育友好的营商环境,并积极参与和引领全球数字化经贸规则的治理。The digital technology revolution will bring great changes to the production and operation of a country’s industries and enterprises in its unique way, and will profoundly lead to a big change to the consumption mode, which will undoubtedly reshape the global production chain and bring significant opportunities for the high-quality development of China’s manufacturing export. Specifically, from the supply side, the digital technology revolution directly or indirectly improves the export quality by improving their innovation and productivity,reducing their production costs and transnational transaction costs, and promoting market competition. From the demand side, the digital technology revolution can improve the export quality by more convenient access to the information of the consumers’ different preferences. However, it cannot be ignored that the digital technology revolution will also bring challenges to the high-quality development of China’s manufacturing export due to the technical difficulties in identifying authenticity, monopoly, unclear ownership of property rights and digital barriers. Based on the above analysis, this paper argues that China should further strengthen the R&D and the reserve of the digital talents, foster a friendly business environment, and actively participate in and lead the governance of global digital economic and trade rules.
