摘　　要：高校毕业生就业创业关乎社会的和谐稳定.引导高校毕业生留省就业创业,对于实现吉林全面振兴和全方位振兴具有十分重要的现实意义.文章以地方高校毕业生为研究对象,科学分析现阶段吉林省高校毕业生留省就业创业的现状,提出完善引才留才政策、搭建毕业生留省就业平台、加强留省就业创业教育等促进地方高校毕业生留省就业创业的建议,积极引导和鼓励毕业生留在吉林、建设吉林,为吉林经济社会发展奉献力量.Promoting employment and entrepreneurship of college graduates is related to social harmony and stability.Guiding college graduates to stay in the province for employment and entrepreneurship is of great practical significance for the all-round revitalization of Jilin.Taking local college graduates as the research object,this paper scientifically analyzes the current situation of college graduates in Jilin Province staying in the province for employment and entrepreneurship at this stage,and puts forward suggestions to improve the policy of attracting talents to stay in the province,build a platform for graduates to stay in the province for employment and entrepreneurship,strengthen the education of employment and entrepreneurship in the province,and actively guide and encourage graduates to stay in Jilin,build Jilin,and contribute to the economic and social development of Jilin.
