摘　　要：产后妇女气虚血瘀,应采用活血化瘀、养血补气之法治疗。生化汤为《傅青主女科》中经典方剂,产后康复膏则为以生化汤为基础加减用药制备而成的中药制剂。本研究就其立法依据、药物组成及各药功效进行了分析,旨在促进该方的推广与应用。Postpartum women with Qi deficiency and blood stasis should be treated by activating blood and removing blood stasis,nourishing blood and replenishing qi.Biochemical decoction is the classic prescription in Fu Qing ZhuNvke,and postpartum rehabilitation ointment is a traditional Chinese medicine preparation based on the addition and subtraction of biochemical decoction.This study analyzed the legislative basis,drug composition and efficacy of each drug in order to promote the promotion and application of this prescription.
