妇科千金片联合抗生素在慢性盆腔炎治疗中的应用价值研究

摘　　要：目的分析慢性盆腔炎患者采用抗生素联合妇科千金片治疗的临床效果。方法选取100例慢性盆腔炎患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,各50例。对照组采用抗生素治疗,研究组采用妇科千金片联合抗生素治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果研究组腹痛消失时间、白带恢复正常时间均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率为92.0%,高于对照组的76.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组不良反应发生率为8.0%,研究组为6.0%,对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论妇科千金片联合抗生素治疗慢性盆腔炎可获得显著疗效,且安全性较高,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of antibiotics combined with Fuke Qianjin tablet in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods 100 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were selected and divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with antibiotics,and the study group was treated with Fuke Qianjin tablet combined with antibiotics.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The disappearance time of abdominal pain and recovery time of leucorrhea in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 92.0%,which was higher than 76.0%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 8.0%in the control group and 6.0%in the study group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Fuke Qianjin tablet combined with antibiotics in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease can achieve significant efficacy and high safety which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
