全程实时超声引导在瘢痕子宫无痛人流手术中的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析全程实时超声引导在瘢痕子宫无痛人工流产手术(人流手术)中的应用效果。方法选取62例行无痛人流术的瘢痕子宫患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组31例。对照组采取传统无痛人流术终止妊娠,研究组采取全程实时超声引导无痛人流术终止妊娠,比较两组临床效果。结果研究组手术时间、宫腔操作时间、术后阴道出血时间及术后月经恢复时间均短于对照组,术中出血量、进出宫腔次数均显著少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组流产成功率(100%)显著高于对照组(87.10%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相比传统无痛人流手术,全程实时超声引导无痛人流术在瘢痕子宫早孕患者终止妊娠中,能够缩短手术时间,提升手术效率,降低手术创伤,促进术后快速康复,应用价值较高。Objective To analyze the application effect of real-time ultrasound guidance in painless induced abortion of scar uterus(induced abortion).Methods 62 patients with scar uterus who underwent painless abortion were selected and divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method,with 31 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional painless abortion,while the study group was treated with real-time ultrasound guided painless abortion to terminate pregnancy.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The operation time,intrauterine operation time,postoperative vaginal bleeding time and postoperative menstrual recovery time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss and times of intrauterine entry and exit were significantly less than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The success rate of abortion in the study group(100%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(87.10%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with traditional painless abortion surgery,whole-course real-time ultrasound guided painless abortion surgery can shorten the operation time,improve the operation efficiency,reduce the surgical trauma,and promote the rapid recovery after surgery in the termination of pregnancy in patients with scar uterus,which has high application value.
