临床路径护理对妇科恶性肿瘤术后化疗患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探究临床路径护理对妇科恶性肿瘤术后化疗患者生活质量的影响。方法选取30例妇科恶性肿瘤术后化疗患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组15例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用临床路径护理。比较两组护理效果。结果观察组住院时间明显短于对照组,生活质量评分、健康知识掌握程度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理满意度为93.3%,明显高于对照组的60.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组SDS评分低于护理前,且观察组明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床路径护理可提高妇科恶性肿瘤术后化疗患者生活质量,改善抑郁情绪,具有临床应用价值。Objective To explore the effect of clinical pathway nursing on the quality of life of patients with gynecological malignant tumor undergoing postoperative chemotherapy.Methods 30 patients with gynecological malignant tumor undergoing chemotherapy were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,15 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received clinical pathway nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The length of hospital stay in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,and the scores of quality of life and mastery of health knowledge in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 93.3%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(60.0%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in self-rating Depression scale(SDS)score between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the SDS score of the two groups was lower than that before nursing,and the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical pathway nursing can improve the quality of life and depression of patients with gynecological malignant tumor after chemotherapy,which has clinical application value.
